Did you feel closer to being a child, or a teenager? Or did you feel inbetween? Did you feel understood? Were you often daydreaming about your future life, or more caught up in your present?

I felt like I was a child, and I feared being a teenager, and growing old. I think that I was so much of a child that I didn't understand that much around me and I was driven my my impulses, fears, etc. At that time, I knew I had a lot of time to sort my future out, and that junior high and high school were a long time away. I had certain things I liked and there were certain things I wanted. That's what I remember. After so many years, I don't feel like the same person.
Well at 10 years old I had nieces and nephews I would help take care of and my sister would actually pick me up and have me come stay with her one or two nights just to help with her new baby (she was 16) so she could get some rest. So I would say at 10 I felt a lot more grownup because of that. I was changing the diapers, fixing bottles and doing baby baths by that point. The more I did it the more I looked forward to having my own baby some day.
aw when i was 10 i was a stupid dumb girl who thought the world evolved around her, i thought everyone liked me and that i could get anything i asked for.i was always thinking how i was gonna be just like john travolta in how he flys planes and is a celebrity i still wanna be a pilot just not famous but then again i was in my own little time(present) i thought everyone knew everything about me and that i was the boss lol and i felt understood but now i no that i was weird but i had 5-6 good friends and after i was older 13-14 i reliease that is all i needed
I don't remember much about being 10. I know I enjoyed school a lot, and I felt that I was soooo much older with each passing year. I thought I was on top of the world! Haha, obviously that has changed.
