Has anyone found add-ons that work or a way to get the old ones to work on 3 cause i'm about to delete it and download 2
well i tried one theme that was for 3 and it failed to install and i have tried a few add-ons that i got from the add-ons button under tools in the browser. I have some that work like the admin one and foxytunes

I don't have many add-ons, but the ones I have do work fine. Which ones are you having trouble with?

I know that firefox 3 has nice add-ons, but the add-ons I have been using for a long time in firefox2 do not work in 3. I uninstalled 3 and reinstalled firefox 2 and now my old add ons work fine again. I stick with firefox 2 a while longer. Hope that they are able to fix it so, that the firefox2 add ons also work in 3

Add-ons are different than themes, but some themes do not work with Firefox 3 because the programmer just didn't update the files yet to be compatible. The more popular ones, the ones in demand, are usually updated as soon as a new version of Firefox comes out, though. Everything of mine to include Adblock, Greasemonkey, Tab Mix Plus, etc, work.

Firefox 3 has many cool add-ons ... if u visit their site awide range of useful add-ons are available... far more better than version2 - addons 4 graphics, security, playeer, download manager, video download etc etc. d only imp. plugin not compatiple on 3 and compatible on2 is real player download button. otherways its just fine :-)
