Real world or acftual ownr reported fuel economy for the Scion tC averages 25.5 mpg, according to our firm's Consumer Center Web site. The government's EPA estimate is 20 mpg in city driving and 29 mpg on the highway. For other real-world owner reported mileage ratings in addition to EPA estimates, please visit JDPower.com. The EPA estimated MPG is very very accurate, so whatever they list is a reliable MPG value.

on the new test they say 20-27 with 26 being average.
