my sego palm has brown spots and looks like it is trying to die. what is it and what can i do?

Is your area experiencing a drought? My sago leaves have turned brown when they experience a lack of water, or extreme cold.

Also, I don't think sego palms like to be touched, if it has been against something or if you have handled the leaves, they may turn brown?
