I've tried to get more info on where to download Google Chrome but my research has turned up negative as of yet. Probably in a few hours (days?) time after the Chrome download have been made available to the Chrome-curious public. Not that I'm eager to download the Google Chrome browser and try it out for myself. No, not me. I'll sit this one out and probably try it after the dust has settled.

I love it, 9.5/10 at the moment. Rule One: It's fast. Since it's from Google, I'm absolutely sure it's secure. The reason I docked it .5 points is because, well, it's a beta release. Giving 10/10 on a first beta? Come on. I have 2 favorite features. I notice that, if a process is making, say, 100k usage, you can use the task manager (Page>Developer>Task Manager) and close that tab, decreasing your usage. But one I truly and honestly love, you can create 'application shortcuts' (Page>Create Appl...) and they allow you to launch applications from your desktop. For example, say I use Gmail. I can create a shortcut to Gmail from my desktop, and double-click it to launch it. It works with multiple other apps, too. Another thing I like in all browsers is simplicity. Like the Google homepage, which is simple, the UI isn't the prettiest thing on Earth, but it's simple and efficient. It takes some time to get to know your way around it, but hey, it took time to know your way around IE7, Safari 3.1, Firefox 3, and definitely Opera. What's different? WebKit is a stable, fast rendering engine. As it's the first day, everyone doesn't have an app for Chrome. Once it gets, say, 10% market share (Google could accomplish this by releasing certain 'must have' features for Chrome, and then maybe 3-6 months later for FF/IE users), I'm sure more people will write apps for Chrome. At the end, market share will be 1% Internet Explorer, 40% Firefox, 40% Chrome, 19% Safari - as it should be. Overall, I suggest you download Chrome immediately. You will NOT regret it.

As per some articles I found, Google Chrome will be available for download as soon as USA will wake up, but as even in LA is 8 AM and the download page is not active yet, i think this was only a bluff.
Anyway, as per the Google announcement (see sources), it will be released as public Beta today, on 2nd of September.

Anyway, the download url the others provided is correct:
