Togepi is the type of pokemon that you must make happy to evolve in to Togetic. You can do these Things to make it happy:
*having it in your team and not putting it in The box ( untill it evolves)
*leveling it up
*Brooming it at pallet town ( Next door Daisy Will broom it)
*Giving it vitamins such as, Calcium, Iron, Protein, Carbos, and Zinc
*Giving It Berries
*Giving it the Hold Item Soothe Bell increases happiness (you find this item at Pokemon Tower use Itemfinder Where Mr Fuji was standing)
*Catching This Pokemon In a Luxury Ball Increases Happiness

Giving your Pokemon The TM Frustration or Return May show how much It is happy around you for example if you teach it -
*Return, The stronger this attack is in battle shows the more it is Happy with you.
