Possible storyline: your thoughts?

Question

I was thinking about this potential storyline the other night.  While I do not know the extent of John Cena's injury (if he even is injured), this storyline could or could not make sense.

Batista wins some kind of #1 contender's match for a shot at Survivor Series, and beats Chirs Jericho or C.M. Punk for the WHC.  John Cena returns and wins the Royal Rumble (again) and sets his sights clearly on getting revenge on Batista for the match at SummerSlam.  Unfortunately, this ends with Cena defeats the now heel Batista at WrestleMania for the WHC.

I think Jeff Hardy will win the Royal Rumble and they will make him win a title but yea i guess that sounds good. I would like to see someone besides Cena or Batista with the title
