chicken pot pie- 1 can veg all, shredded ckn, cream of chicken soup. Mix all and pour into a pie shell. Bake @375 til crust is golden brown. (also easy to freeze and put in individual servings),red beans and rice w/sausage- 1 package zatarains red beans and rice, oscar meyer turkey sausage. Prepare according to box with the addition of the sliced turkey sausage., Easy Chicken Parmesean- dredge ckn breast strips w/ flour in pan fry, cooked linguine noodles w/ a little butter. put linguine on plate first, top w/ ckn, then tomato sauce all over, and a piece of sliced parm (or whatever cheese you like) place under broiler to melt.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE: 1 breast of chicken 1 bag of mixed vegetables 1/8 of a cup (or less) of kens country french dressing with honey 1 sweet onion egg noodles You put the chicken, desired amount of vegetables, chopped onion, and dressing on foil. Wrap it up (usually double wrap it so it does not leak), and bake in the oven at 375 for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Dump over egg noodles (or rice) and you have a dinner! Its very yummy you can also use low fat french as well. Just make sure its not a creamy french dressing.

Smear pork chops with brown spicy mustard then flour them, brown in frying pan in oil. When done, put in a baking dish and pour a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup over the top, cover and bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes - serve with rice or potatoes and a salad.

Chicken salad! Makes the chicken.. open the salad.
Spaghetti. Pre canned spaghetti sauce made for you! Just heat the ground beef.. cook the noodles.. and mix! Perfection. Make some garlic bread to go along.
Hamburgers. My fav night! Make up your favorite hamburger seasonings and what not.. push your finger into the middle and put a piece of bleu (sp?) cheese in it. Cover the hole and cook! Yummy.
