I have some Exel files and forget the passwords, now , I want to get it back, can any ones tell me: where I can get the passwords back free or a small amount of US$ in the shortest time.
Any information would be much appreciated.

You have to use a program like this one:

Since encryption has stepped up in MS Office since the 2000 version, there's no other way then to "brute force" guess the password. So depending on the length of your password, it might take hours or days before you can recover it. Programs in general range between $30 and $80. If extremely short, some demo programs crack it for free (number of characters within demo working parameters, usually 3 or 4 characters).
