I have one flat tire and I'm not sure of how good/bad the other three are. Is it an uncommon request to get some kind of advice/estimate on the tires? I'd like to not replace anything I don't need to and also get everything at once to make use of b3g1 free deals.

You could buy used tires any tire store will give you prices over the phone just know what you are looking for.
