I just used some aquarium sealant to glue some rocks together, which I'm going to use as a decoration in one of my tanks. How long should I wait before putting it in the water? Can it go in tomorrow, or should I wait another day?

i usually wait 24 hours (i did this to reseal a tank, add rocks to fake plants, and camouflage a PVC tube) before adding to the water again
regular super glue works fine, is aquarium safe and sets in minutes though

Overnight is okay, but two to three days is much better for the safety of your pets.
