Sorry but it is Paint, Most teams are yellow but it is teams choice as long as they aren't Black and it is approved color by NASCAR

It's a teflon coating. It's both highly visible and less resistant to getting stuck in the Impact wrench. There's also some on the inside of the nut to make the spinning off and on easier.

It is a teflon coating,but they are not all yellow.Some drivers/teams have different colors.(i.e. Jimmie Johnson's are yellow,but Jeff Gordon's are red)
