So if I wanted to enter the expressway on a unicycle, tricycle, camel, skateboard, pogo stick or roller bladesI wouldn't get ticketed?

you could try riding in a small wooden cart pulled by a very old zebra.

one would also need to refer to their state's driver's manual to see what the rules of the expressway are. if it's not listed there, go for it.
maybe a segway would be a good mode of transportation?
