Definitely. I've met a lot of people online...but not all of them have been true friends. Over the many years, only a couple have stuck. They're definitely true friends.

i think that the internet is a bad place to make friends, date etc
You cant be completely yourself when talking over the internet, some people are really different on the internet
however you will get many people who disagree and im sure many people have made good friends on the internet

Hmm it depends.
Because sometimes/most of the time, people are just lying through their teeth. But on the other hand, the ones that actually are telling the truth.. well you'd probably learn more about them and be closer to them than anyone in "real life". And you could have a friendship based on personality, not on looks - like some are in "real life"....

dont count on ure chances on the internet to b a search for true friends.. but in the odds u jst might..bt the thing is..its too open to b sure who ure involved with. chances are minimal but u nevr know.. coz on the net people usualy try to make a false impressions coz u can barely see that person in real life...so its alwaiz a "very good impression" at first..but as it always goes...:looks good from far......but far from good
