Reading that made my day........ROFLAMO.

Oh boy, they pay peanuts and employ monkeys obviously.
So much for Customer Care & Support....all they want is your annual subscription for a third class 'security' suite
I wouldn't touch any product associated with McAfee or Symantec, they just screw your machine up, have high payloads and don't find anything.
There are far superior products which offer lower resources, better protection and cost absolutely nothing.
The jerk dealing with the customer obviously had no knowledge of the product, necessary files etc, and to suggest turning off ZA Security Suite was beyond belief.
So effectively they are saying that to use ANY of their products, including Site Advisor, you should remove all other antivirus, firewall and antimalware products?
And people actually pay for this c***!

Because McAfee are Cr*p,...it's that plain and simple!

I should know as i had it pre-installed on my current PC and it was a nightmare trying to get rid of it cause i got SO many pop-up's from them telling me to buy it when i already had Norton on my PC.

I eventually did get rid of it,but just realised the other day that it's still hanging around in my Services when i boot-up the PC! I got rid of it there so hopefully it's gone for good.

McAfee mustn't be making that much cash as allot of people these days have freeware from the Web or other Net Security Software on there PCs/Laptops.

They must be desperate,...i guess! ;)
