Vyvanse vs adderall, what do people like more, what works better, what makes it the same,what makes it differ?

I have had ADD since I was a yong child, I was prescribed adderall in 8th grade but refused to take them and Ritalin before that and wouldn't take them. Around senior year I tried adderall that I was prescribed and I remember it working okay and feeling happy. My doctor recently prescribed me vyvanse and when I asked the pharmacist the difference between that and adderall he said it is pretty much the same. What do people like better, is it pretty similar, and what are the differences?

I'm 13 and I'm on 54mg of Concerta.  I really like it.  The only side effects are if you take it too late in the day it makes it hard to sleep.  But if you take it when you wake up right before you go to school you should be fine.  It is timed release so you only have to take one pill and it lasts the whole day.  Another downside is that sometimes it takes away my appetite, so I don't eat much throughout the day but get really really hungry right before bed.

the differince is crazy i was on adderal and couldent sleep woulddent eat 


vyvance i was doing good  but it made me a zombie 

now im on focalin xr 20 mg
