so... according to this you probably don't mince your steps by wearing too-high heels?

anyway, as a basic rule of thumb, try the following:
- chin up (don't hang your head!)
- straighten your back
- don't shuffle! walk with a very, very slight bounce in your step
- the smile is optional XP
