When a gas price is obviously wrong, is it stealing to but it at that price.?

There's a story again today where gas was erroneously being sold for 35 cents a gallon. I know if I saw that, I'd probably be more inclined to alert the attendent rather than my friends and family. What's your opinion.

no way i would leave my car in front of that pump like it was broke down , then i would call a friend and start filling up 55 gallon drums with the stuff till they caught on , then i would drive away, they have been robbing us for years, besides i payed them what they asked for it, happens all the time at wal-mart, they like to stack merchandise in the wrong spot and have a different price, i raise hell till they let me have it for that price, no its not stealing got my DVD recorder for 49.99 instead of 159 !!! they probably have like 10 dollars in the thing anyway. if you slide a credit card into the slot and the pump comes on it's legal
