I just recently went looking at a college, and I asked the woman who does admittance for the art part of the school, and she said that they like to see that you're original and that you can use many different medias in many different ways because if you keep using one thing all the time, they portfolios tend to get boring. They want to be dazzled and they want to see that you are diverse.

So yeah, you have a better chance at getting into an art school if the school sees that you have a creative mind and a diverse style....Show more
