Medical Card Protest Rally?

Question

Ok so this isnt really a question but I still think it merits a post, I asked a question earlier about this and found out the following:

There is a protest on Wednesday 22/10 at 12.30pm outside Dail Eireann against the withdrawal of medical cards for the over 70's. It is being organised by The Irish Senior Citizens Parliment.

I have to go into town on Tuesday but I think now I'll go in on Wednesday instead and go to the rally.

I hope some other young people go to just so they see that young people can see its out of order too.

(I dont think my Nana is going though)

My Nana has given up her part time job as a carer (for a blind pensioner) because the income would have lost her the medical card.

I still can't understand why the Greens have not walked away from this government as yet.  In a way they are nearly worse than FF.
