My 8 year old whippet has recently lost some control over his hind quarters. Still eats, drinks, and responds normally, with no signs of pain. any suggestions?

Lumbosacral arthritis, hip dysplasia, Spondylosis causing a pinched nerve, etc.... can all be possible causes. Have your vet run a series of xrays.
