Problem loading Yahoo! Toolbar?

I have Yahoo! toolbar installed on my computer. However, EVERY time I log on to my computer, the toolbar doesn't show up. I have to reload it and it is quite annoying. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

The problem is less likely to occur with IE 7. However, in either case, just right click Tools and click Yahoo! toolbar.

left click on the address bar and click on yahoo toolbar it was hidden
