Vegetarian do's and don't?

E are having a huge thanksgiving (at least 20 people) and at least one is a vegetarian and i know the basics about no meat and such but is there other foods that we should watch out for like marshmallow's.
Here is what we are planning on having aside from the meat : Baked beans_no meat in them only ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and molasses;baked sweet potato's; corn; broccoli au gratin; a veggie tray; potato's au gratin; baked squash;dinner rolls; mashed potato's; mashed sweet potato's and other stuff possibly.
I do know that she will eat cheese and probably eggs to but I 'm not sure about the eggs
Thanks for any help

This might sound dumb...but why not just ask her? My aunt is a vegetarian and she always appreciates it when people ask her.

Just check the packaging of things to make sure they don't sneak in nasty little ingredients like beef fat into the items that would seem to be vegetarian. But other then that it sounds delicious. The only thing I would add is a nice salad! And if you are concerned call her up and run the menu by her. She might catch something and ask how you are going to cook it or other things of that sort.

True, you should ask her. My brother, sister in law, and I are all vegetarians. We all eat eggs and cheese though. (of course cheese, we live in Wisconsin! hahaha.)

You should stay away from jell-o because it has gelatin in it, and also marshmallows for the same reason.

Happy Thanksgiving!.
