Ok so this is my second Blackberry and all of a sudden my camera stopped working. When I try to use it the screen wither stays blacks and freezes making me take out the battery or it's bright red or orange and my phone just resets its self.
I don't know what to do, like I said this is my second Blackberry so I don't want to call warranty again.
Any suggestions?

Uh, who cares if this is your second blackberry. If it is not working, they need to give you another one. This happened to my friend and you best believe she was on the phone with Customer Service complaining and demanded a third phone, which she got.

If you have a warranty on it then use it, if it is actually broken they have to honor the warranty.

get a new battery or else you have to ask the warranty
