No, it is not true. Bladder infections come from bacteria getting into the urinary tract - not sperm.

It's called a urinary tract infection. It's caused by bacteria- to prevent this make sure to pee after sex every time. Urine is steril and helps get rid of the bacteria.

im not sure but if you drink lots of cranberry juice you wont get bladder infections... cranberry juice cures bladder infections and you should drink at least a bottle of it a day.....
