What are the bathroom manners of Europeans like in restrooms with stalls? Do they just cut loose regardless of whether or not someone is in the next stall or do they patiently wait it out until everyone leaves the room like Americans?

What oh your so funny.Ive been to many European restrooms in many countries and I don't recall having that problem in there with me or an European but it is a restroom and some people cant help it.But be fairly warned you must pay in most public rest rooms to go in and also a tip is usually done too.
