I know that the whole Vick thing is getting old, but I get annoyed when I hear people complain about what's happening with Vick. Most people don't even seem to know the facts of the situation. So my question is, do you know why Vick is currently serving time in jail? What crime, exactly, was he charged with?

Currently it is a Conspiracy charge. Can't remember what the exact charge was though, although I know it also involved transporting animals across interstate lines as well(or that charge was dropped but I dont' think the Feds could and still have a case). That is what he is SERVING time for. He also recently plead guilty to a State Charge of Animal Cruelty.

He pled out from RICO charges that could have gotten him a life sentence for running a mafia-style criminal organization. His crew was running an illegal gambling and drugs operation as well as dog fighting and dog torture/killing. He is guilty of state felonies also. Vick doing less than 10 years for all of that is a complete joke!

Yep being black in America. You should be able to gamble illegally on dog fights and then electrocute, shoot, and drown the dogs that lose but survive.
Clearly it's racist. After all, we can assume the US Attorney that prosecuted him was white.
Funny how people complain Vick was the victim of a racist conspiracy but the same people assume a black person apparently isn't competent enough to be the US Attorney in charge of the case.

Betting on dog fighting, which was held at his home. Along with that a bunch of dogs where found buried in his yard. Also he murdered ineffective dogs.
