Can Anyone Help Me? *Chanel bag Help?

Hi everyone, my mom went on a cruise and stopped at Saint Thomas. There, she bought a Chanel bag. Afterwards, she found an authenticity card. Well, I went online to find out how to make sure it's real. Apparently, the authenticity number is written inside the bag. Where can me and my mom look to find the authenticity number?

Okay, I looked inside and have no tape or sticker or anything. Would just having an authenticity card and care manual be enough to confirm it's real? Because I looked online and can't find a list of Chanel bag models.

Unless she bought it at a Chanel store or affiliated retailer (the website will list them), don't bother looking for an authenticity number in the bag. It's a fake.

The serial number is most often located inside the bag at the lower left corner or on the zipper pocket. The sticker should be covered with a rectangle of clear tape large enough to cover then entire sticker.
If you can't find any tag whatsoever, then its highly likely that its is a fake. Sorry.
