in pokemon diamond is this a good team for the elite four ??
Lucario lv.63 close combat,aura pulse,dragon pulse,extremespeed
Dialga lv.60 roar of time,flash cannon,fire blast,stone edge
Floatzel lv.63 surf,hydro pump,waterfall,ice beam
Gengar lv.62 dark pulse,shadow ball,hypnosis,dream eater

Lucario take out aura sphere put in dark pulse, cuz u rly dont need 2 of the same type attacks
Dialga is awesome, but i used dragon claw over roar of time since over a 2 turn period dragon claw does more damage and u dont hav to recharge
flamethrowe or fireblast, a question which shall never be answered do u want accuracy or power flamethrower or fireblast

Beast physical attacker, got bulk up Tm? cuz tht goes well over hydro pump, and ice fang over ice beam, since he has a good attack stats special attacks dont make sense, surf is fine, more for utilty i guess
Gengar-Cuz he awesome, dark pulse and shadow ball are too similar so replace dark pulse with t-bolt, and dream eater is fine, im not a big fan, and prefer focus blast or sludge bomb, but thts rly just personal
Torterra
once again i do not reccommend 2 of the same types attacks, but if u have a heart scale u should find the mover relearner and teach torterra wood hammer over leaf storm, and crunch over razor leaf, as he is as well a physical attacker
Rapidash
Has a much better attack stats, so flare blitz is nice, but with take down and fury attack both being normal well ive said it already, also with flare blitz and take down ud take lots of recoil so if u hav another heart scale u can reteach it megahorn which is amazing, and return which is a nice physical move over fury attack cuz even if fury attack hits 5 times return should still do more if ur pokemon does hate the hell out of u, and flamethrower over fire blast, yadda yadda

I'm going to say yes because I beat them with a group with no pokemon near the level you have.
Just remember to use weeknesses to your advantages.
Edit: Just FYI, my group ranges between 40-45 and I win. Just bring revives and potions so you can heal in btween battles fully. And the item that refills pp! Elixers and ethers I think...

yes that should be good i have an action replay so practically all my pokemon are a level 100 but that should help you beat the elite four

Every thing's good, except for one part. Change Lucario or Dialga for Luxray, after you will own.
