I've tried all kinds of things but she's not interested. Maybe a bit of toast to nibble on. She used to like yogurt but doesn't like that any more. She loves breast milk, won't take a bottle. She seems healthy and happy enough and is just a small baby, but it's very worrying that she won't eat. No teeth yet.

pureed foods from gerber are good at that age. Vegetables, fruit. They will help her bulk up.
You can also give her banana's, fresh fruit that she can gum up, rice cereal, oatmeal etc.
I think it's great that she still loves breast milk. There is nothing wrong with that. As far as solids go, offer her a variety of things and even if she doesn't seem to like it, offer it again at another feeding. Babies often have to try things lots of times before they actually decide if they like them or not. Does your baby like baby foods? You could start out with those and then work your way up. There isn't much that she can't eat now ( you'll just have to adjust the texture to her liking) apart from avoiding the allergenic foods.
I hope this helps! If you are truly concerned, there's no harm in calling your doctor office and talking to one of the nurses to see if there is a need for an appointment.
cheese cottage cheese soft veggies (mine love avocados) soft fruit pureed meats baby cereal cheerios She won't eat anything? Maybe she's filling up on breastmilk then not hungry. My daughter is also 10 months and just now starting to get teeth and she eats all of the above.
Please don't give her hot dogs like Cheese Queen suggested. They're full of saturated fat, salt, nitrates, etc., and little nutrician if any.
I actually had my daughter tested today for the same thing she's almost 10 months and wont' eat anythng but cheerios and mac n cheese, they tested her to make sure she doesn' have any issues of sensitivity. They asked questions such as does she gum things chew on things etc. which she does and that's a good sign! her thing is no spoons and very picky bout the fooods she eats! they suggested that I start with one thing she definately is going to eat (cheerios) let her eat them on her own for breakfast, for lunch they want me to put 1 cheerio on the spoon and get her use to eatting osmething i kno she is going to eat off the spoon.
after a bout a week of that they suggested that i dip the cheerio in baby food don't put a lot on there just a tiny bit so she can start experiencing different flavors and hopefully get use to different things she's suppose to call me when she comes up with other ideas!!!
I kno for sure your suppose to stay away from 1. dairy 2. honey (something to do with bacteria) 3. nuts ( choking and allgergy food) 4. citeris fruits
Banana baby food was my daughters favorite. By this age she needs a lot more nutrition than your milk has alone. I nursed my baby til she was 14 months old but by 10 months she was getting 2 stage 2's at each meal. Try baby food fruit. Mine loved mango at that age, papaya, beef veg baby food. Blueberry oat was a hit too.
