At what size or age do sliders and painted turtles get teritorial?
I have 4 sliders 2 red, 2 yellow and one painted turtle. Right now they all get along really good and they all sleep together closely. they are 4 to 6 inches.

Star...they all get along as long as you have plenty of room and food.
I have 5...fighting at times cause even though I may toss in 20 grapes in their pond they all fight over the one grape. No fighting otherwise..so now I hand feed everyone one then toss the rest.
I have 4 red eared and a yellow bellied.
These guys in my pond get 500 plus goldfish a month. Leafy greens and fruits 4 times a week and plus electricity plus I also feed dried cubed blood worms or tubiflex worms at least 5 times a week. heater, GOOD filter, UVA/UVB rep light, basking dock. Feeders, greens, fruits, dried turtle food. and electricity? YIKES that’s a lot of $$$$$$.

You never know. Sometimes they can get territorial as hatchlings; sometimes they can tolerate one another throughout their lives. As Peek said, make sure that they have plenty of room and that each one gets food.
