Hi, My old yhoo mail account was hacked. I reported it to Yahoo but not received any response from them.
How can I retrieve my contacts and mails from my old yahoo mail, if my security questions and locations was already changed by my hacker?

You cant, yahoo mail and other yahoo accounts are very unsecure. If you had important information on your yahoo mail then i guess your screwed since theres really nothing that can be done.
Just make another one and don't get hacked this time. Yes it was your fault you got hacked. You might have clicked on a keylogger or had a weak password.
My advice is get gmail.

You may need to call Yahoo customer service.

if your account is created for free, then you won't be able to receive an immediate action from yahoo. besides you could have had used the strong password as maybe they will have a hard time to get it from you. and the account will no longer be recovered if the info had been changed too.
