how or what should be a good setting for my psb cw26 inwall speakers?

don't really know anything its been learn has I go my speakers have -2 0 +2 for the midrange and treble. what would be a good setting for these speakers or how can i determine what would be the best setting?  thanks in advance for any help

put on a song with a wide range of music like santana or toto's Africa, blind fold yourself and sit where you would normany sit in the listening area.  have a friend adjust the tone until it sounds good to YOU!
you will probably be suprised where the knobs end up.  remember, sound is more ears than eyes.
