That means approximately 1226 sq. ft. more or less. The condo means it is one. I don't know how they figure acreage for a lot though, because aren't condos stacked like apartments (or is it a townhouse?). Or do they figure you own a cooperative share of the land?

Because of the taxes mentioned, this is a condo up for sale (it may be a condo set-up where the units look like houses and only share a common wall at the garage; the "+-" means "more or less" and is in reference to the square footage.

The +/- means that the square footage is not guaranteed to be exactly 1226 SQFT. It's common notation. Condo means that it's a condominium unit that is up for rent.

It could mean that it could be considered a condo. Or the property could or could not come with an additional condo. One of the two.
