nintendo wii wad installing help!! 3.1E?

wii info----: region:PAL(australia) version:3.1E

im trying to install wads, i have before i did the shop and ios51 uodate so i can go to the shop :) but now i get the 2011 error when using wad manager and wad installer, ive tried the wad manager that uses iso16 but no luk :( please help i will give best answer for first person that tells me an answer that lets me install wad. link would b nice:)

try this

1. google and download anytitledeleter
2. make sure the name is boot.dol or .elf
run with twilight hack or homebrew channel, or whatever type of homebrew loading you are using
3. run program, go to system files
4. delete a file named ios249
5. install them wads :)

or

update your wii somehow to 3.2, go to the source to find out how.
