Plants are autotrophic. They produce most of the organic things they need, so, while they need many of the same things we need, the sense in which humans need vitamins is not the same in which plants bo. However, nitrogen fixation is an important aspect that many plants are very limited in. Many plants need to get this from some other source like miccorhyzal fungi.

If one were to dump a bunch of vitamins in soil then tried to grow a plant in there, I think that the vitamins would far more likely help pests than the plant itself, resulting in a net detriment to the plant.

However, that said, seeds contain many things like vitamins in them which the baby plant needs as a jump-start so, under specific conditions, adding vitamins could help.
