Well i am not a Dr. but I do have a sister who is a transsexual. If i am correct i think she has told me that those creams and herbs, do work so don't waist your money.

I think you might have confused transvestite and transsexual. You're trying to change your biological sex, it looks like. Not dress like the opposite sex.
I'm pretty sure you need to go to a doctor for that sort of thing actually, I doubt herbs would work quite as well, but i'm not sure about when you'd see changes. It takes quite a while
