I have long red hair and am korean american, i have tattoos and a few peircingsI dress really laid back and comfortable. I take care of myself physically but i feel like guys are less attracted to me because i don't dress a certain way. i have a ton of guy friends that see me as one of the guys. is this a turn off?

The way a girl dresses doesn't matter to me as long as they take care of themselves hygienically and are kind.
I am more put off by girls who feel the need to be loud and overbearing.
Don't change the way you dress, just make sure you're being friendly and inviting to people. It's very possible that the guys you are surrounded by don't necessarily want a girlfriend or value you more as a friend... this is not a bad thing.
