i-pod ? does anyone know the lock code for nano?

we have tried 0000 and 1234 but neither work can you please help.

It Depends On What Has Been Entered On The Screen Code, They Have Personnally Set It.

Try To Plug It Into A Computer With iTunes, This Should Reset It.
