Although K Rod was expensive,if I were Dave Dombrowski,I would've talked Ilitch into doling out the money.The Yanks spent 420 million on 3 players! I know pizza and the Red Wings don't make that much money.

I would have to say yes they did. Every team needs a good reliever. The Yanks always spend the big bucks.There's still some time yet and maybe they're waiting for the right player to come along. Sounds to me like something the Indians would do. Good luck John. Nice to see you back. :)
