T-mobile Received the J.D Power and Associates Award for best customer service 4 times in a row, I have been with t-mobile for 2 and a half years now, haven't had a problem with them since i started....Sprint has been known for there poor customer service and high prices...take a look...

Sprint has better coverage than T-Mobile, but T-Mobile is cheaper in general.
