in arthur sponge bob, george shrinks dora and like EVERYOTHER SHOW the characters never change thier clothing. why?

except Kim Possible, she wears different outfits most of the time.
she has about 4 different pairs of clothes but it's not the same thing every time like Ron Stoppable

Lol, because so kids can remember what they wear when they draw them, and for the fact that they get lazy of designing new outfits everyday. And it's easier and more efficient and convienent.

why would they?! they are cartoons for 1. and for 2, it would take way too long for people to draw them wearing a different outfit every single time. plus it's like their signature. if you saw a real life guy wearing socks like spongebob, you'd think of spongebob right?

Not all do. However, most cartoons are meant for kids and I suppose it is just easier for kids to relate to things that dont change.
