I am not into telemarketing off the mainstream systems. I want to create and manage my own data lists. Does anyone know where to find this "ho to" information"?

Create a Microsoft Access data-base for addresses, along with any other information you are going to need for your marketing project, you can then create queries, which allow you to find specific types of information, so you do not have to wade through the whole thing to find out what you need to know. e.g. the clients name, + occupation, will allow you to target people who have a special interest in the product you are trying to sell.
