ok. my friends neighbor has 4 wolves and there not very nice. he feeds them goats and live animals and makes them attack for food. he offered me a puppy wolf when she gives birth to them. but i don't know if i should take it. what if its mean too. or can i train the puppy to eat dog food?

wolves are wild animals. Even if you do get the puppy and hand raise it from birth it will always be a wild animal. You will need to feed her raw meat because the puppy will not be able to digest dog food properly and it will not give her the proper nutrition she will need.
You should talk to your local police station and even see if it is legal for you to keep a wolf as a pet. There is a good possibility that you will need to have some sort of license which will cost you a pretty penny.
I would not recommend getting a wolf puppy. Go with a nice lab puppy or Germain Shepard if you are looking for a bigger dog.

First and foremost, you need to report your neighbor to the authorities. Feeding them in such a manner is most likely illegal. This is considered inhumane treatment of the animals being used for food.
However to answer your question, that's hard to say. If they are full blooded wolves it's a very good possibility that any pups would have a questionable temperament since full blooded wolves are not domesticated dogs. They are wild animals. Check local and state laws in your area because most areas require a special permit to house wildlife.
Some states allow for a certain percentage of a wolf hybrid and each state is different. Even hybrids can be a little sketchy and would best to be handled by a knowledgeable owner for safety's sake.

Seriously, you'll be letting yourself in for a world of trouble if just from the local authorities.
This kind of exotic pet - which IMO should never BE a pet - is for an expert only, and sorry but this guy offering you a pup pretty well removes him from the 'list of experts' status since no respectable, sensible breeder would ever let that kind of animal loose on someone who has no idea how to look after it.
Avoid like the plague - oh and a friend of mine imported a half wolf dog, lovely animal - ripped the house to shreds.

Forget it. No vet would care for it; it's probably illegal to have a wolf for a pet in your area. Bred with a dog, maybe, but not full wolf. Think of the liability you'd have. Wow.
