Has anyone who still has a reference code of 1301 as of 2/509 been told by IRS they will get DD 2/6?

My WMR page still says reference code 1301 and the CSR said I would not be getting my refund 2/6 as far as what she can see this a.m. I am wondering if anyone else with same code talked to an agent who indicated a DD of 2/6 is coming.

ok, just got the phone w/irs csr and she says it is absolutely a "glitch" in their system and they have 3 wks from the date erceived (1/20) to fix it and give me a DD date, so if I don't have a dd date by 2/10 then call them back.

my dd says 1/30 and what is today? 2/5/09. its crazy!!

i replaced into awaiting my refund on both/25 and that i did not receive it. On 3/a million on WMR it replaced to the decision IRS with RC 1301. i'm also repaying the first time Homebuyers credit this 12 months. After examining everyones posts i imagine it must have some thing to do with that.

you need to call your bank and see if anything is pending or showing and then the IRS.
