Problem burning Restore disks for Acer Computer?

Hey, i have a Acer Aspire 5100, and i wanna burn the restore disks but every time i do, i put in my PLAYO 4.7GB DVD-R and then hit "Create Factory Defult Disk" And "Next" Then the disk pops out and it says "Please Insert a blank CD/DVD into the optical drive, then press OK to continue"...... Wtf do i have the wrong disks or something? Please help i'm about to explode..

I had a ACER laptop before it only lasted one day then I had to take it back to the store and get my money back for it because its was screwing up the very same way your issue is and I have heard that ACER is bad brand name to buy since they use cheap parts in their laptops and other computers the make too so if its a new computer take it back asap .
