u said u have downloaded msn. Did u install msn in your computer..??
u may have just downlaoded the setup exe file.
Try installing that by double clicking the setup file which u have downlaoded.
U can check the programs which are install in your computer by going to C:/program files/ directory...
in program files you will find folders for all the softwares which are insatll in your computer.
