actually gotten a depsoit in their acct even though the site still says 1301. Mine has not updated since 2/4 when it changed from DD by 2/3 to processing ... reference code 1301. I was told by IRS Supervisor that my return is now out of the error resolution dept and back in the process phase, look for it in a couple of wks, but the site has never changed from the 1301 code so I am still worried.

im still right there with you. they told me the exact same thing. filed and accepted 1/20 wmr then stated if no processing errors you should get your deposit 1/30 then changed to 2/3 then changed to 2/10 then on wednesday 2/10 with the 1301 code...so sick of this

Ihave had 1301 since 2/4 also just checked wmr it is now still processing and if no mistakes are found i should expect dd 2/24.

yes I sure do We should all go blog on twitter and call news agencies and start complaining and then maybe something will happen to speed it up We are trying to stimulate the economy and they aren't helping LOL
