My forums, online forms and email server is being pounded by Chinese. Every time I block an IP address, it turns out to be in China. They advertise everything from fake Nike shoes to game gold and dvd ripping. Many are selling "unlocked" iPhones. I'm so tired of deleting them, I just want to turn CHINA off. How do I block them?

You can get whole IP ranges for certain countries on:
http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ip_ranges/get_ranges.php
http://www.find-ip-address.org/ip-country/

China does not actually use any software to block these sites. They use the "Great Firewall" which instead blocks the sites from being accessed from Chinese IP addresses. If you are living in China and need to get onto Facebook, Youtube, Blogger, Twitter, etc, you can use a VPN such as HotSpotShield, Freegate, Tor. If you are not living in China and can't access the sites, then it is something else on your end. I would suggest checking your antivirus and other software. Also, I would try going back to the hard wire to see if you can get on the sites.
