I have my 360 account, have the picture set to primary, and the picture is only 28KB and is in the JPEG format, yet when I try to use it as my Yahoo! avatar only a red X is displayed, even in the "choose a picture" area under Edit My Info. 10 points for a working solution or an idea that would lead me to one!

This is happening to many users on the site and it seems to be a Yahoo problem, not a user-fixable problem. You can try reporting it as a BUG on the Suggestion Forum (link is on the LEFT, 2/3 down page by the BLOG link), or email the staff directly at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (missing 'e' is deliberate).

I know that too many users complained about the same problem over the last 2 or 3 weeks, BUT, I would recommend to TRY AGAIN NOW. I 'received' some good news that this problem has just been FIXED.
